Video Watching Help
Your Video Player MaleSolos video can only be watched using the latest Windows Media Player, and Quicktime.
Choosing a Viewing Speed: The MaleSolos videos are broadcast in two speeds: medium speed and high speed; however, for optimum viewing capabilities MaleSolos highly recommends viewing the videos using a broadband connection.
Important Message for Mac Users: Videos added to the site after Jan 2008 can be viewed with Quicktime. All videos prior can only be accessed by Microsoft Media Player. Due to compatibility issues with our Licensing Security Software, the Apple OS and the Windows Media Player for Mac's, please note that your membership will not allow you to play any videos added prior to January 2008. We apologize for this inconvenience.

What type of Video Player do I need to watch the MaleSolo videos on-line?

When I select the medium speed connection, why is the MaleSolos video blurry?
The quality of the MaleSolos.com video is relative to the speed of your modem. If you are using a 56k modem to view a video, your connection speed may be too slow to get a high quality video stream. Therefore, the video may appear blurry or in some cases it may stop for a few seconds at a time. MaleSolos has drastically reduced the speed requirement for our medium speed option ensuring that everyone can see the video using any broadband Internet connection.
In the settings for the Windows Media Player, please be sure you have selected the proper modem speed. There are fields for minimum and maximum speeds, which if set incorrectly will limit the amount of bandwidth the incoming video stream can utilize.
Why does the low speed option take so long to load?
The MaleSolos videos are created using the latest in video and audio streaming technology. Unfortunately, these elements can take some time to preload on your computer.
Why does my computer crash when I try to view the MaleSolos video?
As with all programs and plug-ins, Windows Media Player and/or web browsers can freeze or crash your computer. This should not happen on a regular basis, but when using a demanding application like a streaming video player please close out of all other programs that might be using system resources. If it seems that the player you are using is causing continual problems, please contact the support department for Microsoft Windows Media Player problems here.
Why can I hear the MaleSolosvideo, but not see it?
If you have a modem with a speed of 28.8k, 33.6k, or 56k or an ISDN connection and select the high-speed program, your computer is not capable of displaying the video being broadcast and you will only hear the audio portion of the MaleSolos video. In addition, if you select the high speed program, have a Cable Modem or high speed DSL, are on a computer network with a fast connection at work or have access to any other form of broadband connection and your actual connection speed drops below 256k bits per second, then you will also only hear the audio portion of the MaleSolos videos. Some Netscape Navigator users have also encountered problems using Windows Media Player for viewing video broadcasts. If you are using Netscape Navigator, we suggest that you contact Netscape directly for support.
Why when I select a connection speed, the loading animation starts but the broadcast never finishes loading?
This occurs when your browser settings prevent ActiveX components from loading. In order to check this setting, select the "Tools" menu at the top of Internet Explorer. Next select "Internet Options" ---> then "Security" tab ---> click on "Custom Level" at the bottom of the window. Once in the settings, ensure that "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" is enabled. If this was set to "enabled", then you should download the latest version of the Windows Media Player here
I have Windows Media Player 10 installed, but my movies won't play!
If you have recently upgraded your PC with software or hardware, your sound drivers may have been corrupted. Please be sure that your sound drivers are properly installed in order to play MaleSolos Movies.
When trying to view a video I get a "Script Error" Message. What's wrong?
Your computer needs to run "Active X" to play the movies. If you get a script error message, please click "OK" and then right click the bar on top of the small windows with your right mouse button, and chose to install Active X. Your computer will walk you through the installation which should only take a few minutes. Once the installation is done you will be able to play our movies.
